Turnkey Contracts

• Projects - Residential/Commercial type with all kinds of materials.
• With or Without Interiors or with Partial Interiors.
• @ client's own land and with client's Finance.
• No Investment of ours.
• Rates/terms fixed in beginning of the Project with Proper contractual formalities.
• Payments strongly on EMI Basis as decided upon initially.
• Completion and Handing over of project meeting to client's requirement successfully.

Project Management Consultancy (PMC)

• Execution of the project right from inception till completion on behalf of client as per their Design & Plan - available land & finance and of course material.
• Here, we are acting as a facilitator completely to supervise the project and to make materials/working teams available.
• Our Consultancy Payment on % basis against cost of the project to be paid on EMI basis.
